Requirements
HND / B.Sc in Business and Customer Service- related field with impeccable passion for customer service.
Gender: MALE.
3 to 5 years of customer service experience in a supervisory role from a reputable organization.
Ability to provide first level systems support and use the computer system proficiently.
Possession of strong communication and presentation skills, active listening, and ability to provide thoughtful and intelligent responses.
Ability to resolve conflicts and find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company by being empathetic to the emotion and perspectives of others.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelywhile maintaining a positive demeanour, even when dealing with difficult customers.
