We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Eti-Osa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop architectural concepts and plans
Prepare and submit architectural drawings and documents
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Manage and coordinate architectural projects from conception to completion.
Site Management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.Arch) in Architecture.

Professional certification from:

Certified Enterprise Architect Professional (CEAP) or the SAFe for Architects certification or Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) Professional Practice Examination certification.
Min. of 3 years of relevant work experience in architecture and site supervision.

Desired Skills:

Strong design and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
