As we scale, we are seeking a detail-oriented Finance, Accounting, and Reconciliation Officer to manage financial reporting, transaction reconciliations, and accounting functions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our business clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, revenue growth, and ensuring customer success by aligning Plaude’s solutions with their business needs.
This role requires a proactive approach to account management, problem-solving, and strategic partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their financial and operational needs.
Account Growth & Retention: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth by positioning Plaude’s suite of financial solutions.
Customer Success: Ensure clients maximize the value of Plaude’s offerings, providing support, training, and insights to improve their financial operations.
Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, compliance, and product development, to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
Risk & Compliance Oversight: Monitor client accounts for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Market Intelligence & Strategy: Gather client feedback and market insights to inform product enhancements and strategic business decisions.
Financial Administration Support: Assist in facilitating administrative payments, audits, financial reporting, and other operational finance functions related to client accounts.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or business development, preferably within fintech, banking, or financial services.
Strong understanding of global payments, financial services, or trade finance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
High level of organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software, payment platforms, and financial management tools is a plus.

Salary Range
N300,000 – N500,000 / month.
