Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Management Intern to join our team.
This unpaid internship offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing and social media to gain hands-on experience in managing and growing their online presence.
This role is unpaid and only open to corpers.
Also, the job is remote.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X,LinkedIn).
Create and curate high-quality content for social media posts, including images, videos, infographics, and written copy, that resonates with the target audience.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to continually enhance the company’s social media presence and strategy.
Training & Development:
In the 1 year full-time internship, you will be offered hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing within a collaborative team setting.
You will also be exposed to various digital marketing trainings and templates.
Career progression:
A satisfactory performance will lead to a paid position after the internship. i.e. you’ll be retained after the internship if you perform well and demonstrate that you’ve mastered the role.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field with 0-1 year work experience.
Strong passion for social media marketing and digital content creation, with a creative mindset and an eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for social media platforms.
Must have taken at least one social media management course
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and metrics, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
