Job Description
ERP System Utilization – Efficient management of financial data and continuous improvement of reporting processes through the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for RunoPlast, RunoFeeds, and other SBUs in Asaba.
Internal Controls– Implementation of internal control procedures to safeguard the assets of the group, supported with regular internal audit to assess the effectiveness of established controls
Budgeting & Forecasting – Development of budgets and financial forecasts for the group whilst regularly monitoring actual performance against figures budgeted in order to provide variance analysis
Financial Reporting – Preparation and consolidation of accurate financial statements for RunoPlast, RunoFeeds, and other SBUs Asaba in alignment with international financial reporting standards
Financial Analysis – Insightful analysis (trends, performance metrics, and other KPIs) of financial statements of the group to support strategic decision-making within the entire corporate structure
Intercompany Transactions – Proper management and reconciliation of intercompany transactions among group entities
Cash Flow Management– Implement effective cash management strategies that see to continuous liquidity of RunoPlast, RunoFeeds and other SBUs in Asaba.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance– Preparation of all tax returns for the group in alignment with local and international reporting standards, legal requirements, and other regulatory guidelines
Audit Coordination– During ad-hoc and annual audit process, ensure audit schedules and inquiries are promptly responded to.
Communication & Collaboration– Collaborate with other functional units/departments to gather information that will aid accurate financial reporting whilst clearly communicating financial information and insights to senior executive management and other stakeholders (customers, vendors, government agencies etc.).
Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 2 – 4 years in a similar position
