Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of our brand, products, and customer preferences to effectively communicate the brand’s story and values to customers.
Drive sales by engaging with customers, offering personalized styling advice, and helping them find products that match their needs.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience that drives repeat business.
Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Assist in maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-stocked, displayed, and organized.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, sales trends, and potential product improvements to the management team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees
1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a premium or luxury fashion retail environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
A passion for fashion and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using sales and customer management software is a plus.
