Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically recruit and onboard new customers to drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Attend to daily business needs, including addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet business goals and revenue targets.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, events, and other networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or HND with at least a lower credit.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • A strong winning mentality and drive for success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
