Description
A leading biomedical company in Nigeria is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and professional Personal Assistant to support our Technical Sales Director.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of the director’s schedule and commitments, enabling him to meet his professional and personal obligations without missing any appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Technical Sales Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the director.
Remind and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines and appointments are met.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
A Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field will be an added advantage.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
