We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services offered by the company.
Utilize various dialing techniques (cold calling, warm calling, etc.) to reach potential clients.
Qualify leads by assessing customer interest, needs, and budget.
Gather and record customer information accurately in CRM systems.
Persuade potential customers to purchase goods or services, highlighting the value proposition and addressing customer concerns.
Answer customer questions about products or services, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer objections and complaints effectively and professionally.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Track and analyze sales performance data.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads generated, and conversion rates.
Market Knowledge & Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within Nigeria.
Adhere to all relevant Nigerian telemarketing regulations and data privacy laws.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any reputable course but degree in Finance, Accounting, etc. will be an added advantage with a minimum of 2.2.
1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
Fluency in English and at least one other Nigerian language (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa) is highly
Females Preferrably.

Demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other relevant languages.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to effectively persuade and negotiate with potential customers.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
Professional phone etiquette and clear, concise communication.
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software, telephony systems, and other relevant sales tools.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
