Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across residential and commercial sectors
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and other related matters
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking
• Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction for all parties involved
• Stay up-to-date on local market trends, property values, and legal regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role (preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results
