E-commerce Order Fulfillment & Controller

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Process all orders and ensure all orders are accurately picked, packaged, and prepared for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements
  • Monitor order status and address any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process 
  • Liaise with the social media & community manager on product availability and ensure accurate information is given at all times.
  • Work closely with the social media & community manager to resolve order-related issues and inquiries.
  • Provide updates on order status and delivery timelines to the team.
  • Coordinate with the inventory and procurement team to ensure stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Assist in managing stock discrepancies and ensuring product availability for order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping of orders
  • Monitor the performance of shipping carriers and address any delivery issues
  • Generate regular reports on order fulfillment metrics and performance.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an E-Commerce Order Fulfillment expert
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Professionalism and reliability.
