Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests professionally, ensuring a warm first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process payments, invoices, and guest accounts securely.
- Address guest concerns, special requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
- Assist in guest relations and VIP services as required.
- Follow security procedures to ensure guest safety and privacy.
Requirements:
- OND/ND in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or luxury serviced apartment
