Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally, ensuring a warm first impression.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Process payments, invoices, and guest accounts securely.
  • Address guest concerns, special requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
  • Assist in guest relations and VIP services as required.
  • Follow security procedures to ensure guest safety and privacy.


Requirements:

  • OND/ND in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or luxury serviced apartment
