Porter

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation, and storage upon check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to their rooms while providing essential information about amenities and services.
• Provide concierge services, including assisting with directions, reservations, and recommendations for local attractions.
• Maintain lobby and entrance areas, ensuring they remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Work closely with the reception team to facilitate smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Assist in delivering room service orders, packages, and special guest requests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Support security by monitoring the entry of visitors and reporting suspicious activities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by going the extra mile in service delivery.

Requirements:

• OND/ND in Hospitality, Tourism, or any related field
• Minimum 3 years experience as a porter, bellboy, or concierge in a hotel, serviced apartment, or luxury facility
