Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to support our two directors.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in multitasking, time management, and communication, and will help ensure the smooth running of the directors’ daily activities, both professionally and personally.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the two directors, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure effective use of the directors’ time and ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and mail, responding on behalf of the directors when necessary.
Schedule, organize, and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all materials and logistics are in place.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks for the directors.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the role, both professional and personal.
Track and manage expenses, invoices, and budgets for various projects as needed.
Manage office supplies, organize documents, and maintain an efficient office environment.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and operations.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a construction or related industry.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities with ease.
Flexibility and a positive attitude towards handling various tasks and challenges.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
Experience supporting senior executives in the construction or engineering sector.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
Benefits
Salary: N180,000 – N200,000 per month.
Competitive salary: N200,000
