The company was founded by Engr. Lai Omotola. In a space of Nine (9) years, additional 14 companies were added to make up CFL Group as it is known today. Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of proven expertise in building design and construction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong project portfolio demonstrating technical excellence, leadership capabilities, and a history of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, analysis, and construction of building projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Conduct site assessments, evaluate structural integrity, and propose innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to achieve project objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in building design and construction.
Proven project portfolio showcasing successful delivery of complex projects.
Strong proficiency in structural analysis software and engineering tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
Professional registration or certification (e.g., COREN, NSE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
