The Awka Millennium City project is a private-public partnership (PPP) between the Anambra State Government and M-P Infrastructure Limited, a multi sectoral investor in telecommunications, power, agriculture and infrastructure projects across Africa.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Estate Sales Manager
Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
Drive sales of all Awka Millennium city real estate products.
Must be target driven and be accountable for ensuring sales revenue targets are met month on month.
Responsible for lead generation and ensuring the team converts them to prospects and closes as sales.
Work in close tandem with marketing team and be involved in close loop handshake, to ensure our sales and marketing strategy are in synch.
Responsible for collating, processing, cleansing, updating and maintaining accurate sales data.
Miningand analyzing of sales data, to identify trends and new opportunities for sales improvement. Help marketing team in planning campaigns.
Responsible for coordinating the sales team to prepare for robust sales events, such as sales promotion campaigns, festivity campaigns and industry trade fairs.
Oversee preparation of product sales proposals and presentations.
Review market conditions and identifying trends that could impact sales prices or interest in AMC
Engaging regularly with prospective clients to identify their needs and concerns, in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly comprehensive sales revenue and forecasts reports to executive management.
Engage closely with AMC delivery team to understand progress on agreed deliverables promised customers in order to provide accurate information updates on achievability.
Represent AMC at corporate events or sales meetings.
Dimension customers properly, to know which products well suited to sell to them.
Manage certified affiliated marketers and agents to ensure they are not mis-representing the company and ensure sales meet AMC Quality assurance standards.
Set team sales targets in relation to the Company’s goals and ensuring team has the necessary resources to achieve the set targets.
Periodically provide leadership, training and coaching for sales team
Prepare and present to executive management, sales report by tracking, collating and interpreting sales figures.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Requirements
