Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory Manager to oversee our client’s inventory operations and ensure optimal stock levels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, supply chain management, and logistics, with the ability to lead a team and drive efficiency.
Job Description
Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
Monitor and manage inventory flow, including purchasing, storage, and distribution processes.
Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product availability.
Lead and mentor the inventory team, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 – 8 years of proven experience in inventory management or related roles.
Strong understanding of inventory management software and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
