Job Description

Our client is looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join their team.
You’ll have the opportunity to interact with people on a daily basis and give them a reason to smile with confidence.
Your job on a day to day would involve assisting in the management of the spa and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of routine clerical tasks.
Make guest reservations for spa services.
Accurately take and deliver messages.
Ensure proper coverage of the desk when it is necessary to leave the area.
Answers and routes call, as necessary, to appropriate individuals.
Should be able to handle multiple tasks at a time
Maintain clean and orderly reception, client, and spa areas.
Maintain a log of all calls requiring further action.
Accept and sign for packages and notify the addressee of package arrival.
Book services and answer any client and service-related questions.
Greet visitors and obtains name and other pertinent information, notifying appropriate individuals of visitor’s arrival.
Receive payments for goods and services and properly account for all transactions. Reconcile daily sales, deposits, and receipts as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures and Protocols.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary constraints.
Ensuring all necessary compliance obligations are met and renewed at the right time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or any related field.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on administrative experience.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to multitask.
Outstanding time management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
