Job Title: Technical Supervisor
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
Preffered candidate must demonstrate hands-on experience in managing a team of technicians by ensuing high quality work while being technically strong in LV components.
Capable of reading and interpreting allelectrical schematics and experienced in programming and configuring controllers like power meters, synchro controllers, PFC controllers and VFDs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to project specifications, standards and timelines.
Oversee the programming, testing and comissioning of modules within LV panel boards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the assembly process.
Supervise and improve the skills of the assemly team.
Provide training and development to team members to enhance their technical skills.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
5-10 years of experience in copper works in a panel build.
Extensive experience in LV panel board configuring and testing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem solving abilities and technical acumen.
