We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive (High-Net-Worth Real Estate Projects)

Description 

We are a leading Building and Construction Company based in Lagos with an interest in Real Estate (residential, commercial, or industrial).
We desire a dynamic and passionate Business Development Executive with a focus on the high-net-worth (HNI) real estate market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, a strong network of HNI clientele, and the ability to generate new business opportunities in high-value areas.
This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in the luxury real estate market, a deep understanding of joint ventures, and a keen interest in expanding high-value real estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development plans targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities, particularly in high-demand locations such as Victoria Island, Mainland, and Ikeja GRA.
Leverage an existing client network to establish and maintain relationships with HNIs interested in luxury real estate and joint venture opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of premium real estate solutions.
Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competitors, and potential growth areas within the high-value property market.
Prepare and present detailed proposals to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term relationships.
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets by driving high-value real estate transactions.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the real estate industry.
Extensive experience working with HNI clients and a proven ability to generate high-value real estate sales.
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and dynamics.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong clientele understanding of the real estate market, particularly in high-value areas like Victoria Island, Mainland, and Ikeja GRA axis of Lagos State.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Ability to travel as needed.
Real estate license or certification is a plus.
