Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets for 2-wheel and 3-wheel vehicles.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify and develop new markets and customer segments for the company’s products.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key dealerships, distributors, and business partners.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to sales team members.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing key accounts and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors
- BTL Activities
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Reports:
- Weekly sales projections report
- Weekly advance collections report
- Weekly corporate visit reports
- Monthly competition updates
- Monthly activity report
Key Performance Indicators:
- Sales Volume Achievement
- 2 corporate additions per month
Requirements:
- B.Sc in a related field
- 5 years of cognate experience
Technical Competencies:
- Market understanding
- Situation analysis and corrective action implementation
- Convincing capabilities
Behavioural Competencies:
- Courteous & Polite
- Good communication skills
- Well groomed
- Business acumen
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 500,000 Plus other benefits
