Sales Manager

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets for 2-wheel and 3-wheel vehicles.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify and develop new markets and customer segments for the company’s products.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key dealerships, distributors, and business partners.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to sales team members.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing key accounts and addressing customer concerns promptly.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors
  • BTL Activities
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.


Reports:

  • Weekly sales projections report 
  • Weekly advance collections report 
  • Weekly corporate visit reports
  • Monthly competition updates
  • Monthly activity report

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sales Volume Achievement
  • 2 corporate additions per month

Requirements:

  • B.Sc in a related field
  • 5 years of cognate experience


Technical Competencies:

  • Market understanding
  • Situation analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Convincing capabilities


Behavioural Competencies:

  • Courteous & Polite
  • Good communication skills
  • Well groomed
  • Business acumen

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 500,000 Plus other benefits
