Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining connections with business clients to drive sales.
• Meeting with clients in person to discuss new products and services
• Resolving client issues with their employer’s products or services to preserve relationships and communicating with other departments about maximizing client experiences.
• Devise ways to outperform the competition and maintain the company’s positive image.

Requirements and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Must demonstrate and possess a 100% sense of ownership, corporate behaviour, knowledge, and sound judgment
• Results-driven and customer-focused
• Age: 30-45 years.
• Excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers
• Must be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
• Must be capable of maintaining strong relationships with the company’s clients to boost brand and profits.

Remuneration: NGN 600,000
