Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for 2W products
- Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our 2W models.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable motorbike based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with the sales manager and finance department to facilitate the completion of sales transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and competitors to remain competitive in the market.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for 2W and a good understanding of different 2W models, features, and specifications.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel package, and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
Remuneration: NGN 85,000 – 200,000 depending on experience
