We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Benin, Edo

Job Description

Assist in developing a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Prepare action plans for self for effective search of new clients, sales leads and prospects.

Day to day responsibilities agreed with your manager to include:

Manage, direct and monitor insurance activities and the overall performance of the team to increase efficiency and maximise performance
General administration of all insurance provisions
Effective liaison, support and assistance with the team
Maintain and improve mechanisms for the provision of insurance, including surveying and measuring governance, performance, administration of the team
Utilise systems to manage insurance functions, analysis and documentation
Direct the development of plans for insurance, including management to achieve targets
Developing plans for insurance progress
Support to all other departments with insurance related issues
Subject to agreed criteria; recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 Monthly.
