Social Media and Administrative Assistant

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    and maintain all our social media accounts (lnstagram, Facebook, TikTok,
    YouTube etc.)
  • Creating
    and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and execute
    engaging content that aligns with our brand’s voice and values.
  • Write
    compelling blog posts and articles related to beauty, fashion social media trends, etc.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as managing
    email correspondence, live chats, and organizing digital files.

 

Requirements:

  •  Proven experience in
    social media management, content creation, or digital
    marketing.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability
    to interpret data to optimize
    content and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with beauty, haircare, or fashion industry
    trends preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications,
    IT, Business Administration or a
    related field is a plus.
