Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to assess their needs and provide additional value.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with product or service offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Provide clients with accurate information and demonstrations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed and processed accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and sales.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to share insights and feedback.
  • Monitor personal sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-1 year of experience in sales or a related role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
