Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted sales & marketing strategies to
    achieve business objectives
  • Develop tactics and metrics to ensure and maintain customer
    relationships, satisfaction, and retention
  • Identify new prospects and business opportunities through phone calls,
    networking, cold calls, social media, etc.
  • Manage existing client database
  • Effectively lead and manage the sales and marketing team
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of sales and
    marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic
    decisions.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably
    within facility management, real estate, or construction
  • Proven Success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM Software
