Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted sales & marketing strategies to
achieve business objectives - Develop tactics and metrics to ensure and maintain customer
relationships, satisfaction, and retention - Identify new prospects and business opportunities through phone calls,
networking, cold calls, social media, etc. - Manage existing client database
- Effectively lead and manage the sales and marketing team
- Liaise with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of sales and
marketing initiatives - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic
decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably
within facility management, real estate, or construction - Proven Success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and strategically
- Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM Software
