We are recruiting a dynamic and talented candidate to join our team in the capacity below:

Job Title: Remote Creative Officer

Location: Warri, Delta

Job Description

The Creative Officer will be responsible for interpreting design briefs into captivating graphic, video, and other audio-visual marketing creatives that align with Lily’s brand standards.
This role requires creativity, innovation, and a strong understanding of branding principles.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret design briefs and develop creative concepts for various marketing campaigns, both organic and paid.
Utilize tools like Canva or Adobe Premiere Pro to create compelling videos that resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate with the pre-sales team to implement creative ideas and designs that generate leads and drive awareness of Lily’s services.
Maintain and manage our online digital assets, including social media and websites.
Generate visually appealing graphic designs, including illustrations, infographics, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to inform creative strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
Candidate must be willing to work onsite.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative services role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent tools like Canva.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Passion for creative problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
