Quality Assurance Executive

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, improve, and implement an effective and sustainable Quality Assurance and Management SOP.
  • Proactively collect and analyze quality data to facilitate the identification of potential issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Formulate detailed procedures for thorough inspection and reporting of quality issues.
  • Formulate effective strategies to increase productivity
  • Train, motivate, coach, and correct employees to meet standards
  • Ensure the company complies with environmental regulations and standards
  • Inspect the company’s operations and services to check they meet health and hygiene standards
  • Conduct a detailed review of current standards and policies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough checks to ascertain service quality, processes, and final output consistency to guarantee reliability
  • Oversee all aspects of planning, development, and execution of quality assurance policies, programs, and initiatives
  • Develop training programs, standards, tools, and methods for internal and external staff to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
  • Investigate complaints about environmental health problems


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a quality assurance executive or relevant role
  • Thorough knowledge of QA standards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and record keeping
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • BSc in biology, biochemistry, or a relevant field
  • Certification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or Quality Control would be a significant advantage
