We’re seeking an experienced Executive PA to provide top-tier administrative support to our CEO.
Responsibilities
Handle email, phone calls and correspondence
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients
Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
HND or B.Sc in Business Administration or relevant field of study
1- 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or an executive secretary
Familiarity with office organization techniques & software tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
