Devien Consult Limited – Our client, a Cake Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Monday – Saturday

Job Description

 The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking and a proven track record in managing a successful cake business.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the cake production process, from recipe development to quality control.
Manage a team of bakers, decorators, and other staff members.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote the company’s brand.
Manage the company’s finances, including budgeting, pricing, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

Minimum of an HND in Hospitality.
Proven experience managing a cake business, including production, marketing, and sales.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative thinking.
Passion for baking and a strong understanding of cake design and production techniques.
Must reside within or around Festac, Amuwo Odofin Axis.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
