Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of all spa and wellness facilities.
  • Coordinate regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage service contracts and relationships with vendors for facility maintenance, security, cleaning, and other necessary services.
  • Ensure that the facility provides a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients at all times.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of spa products, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that stock levels meet operational demands.
  • Oversee deliveries, storage, and distribution of products to various departments within the spa.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement.
  • Coordinate with service providers to manage the transportation and logistics of equipment and resources.
  • Implement inventory control processes to monitor usage, prevent shortages, and avoid overstocking of products.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of facility assets, including equipment, furniture, and other resources.
  • Organize regular inventory audits to ensure proper record-keeping and prevent loss or theft.
  • Develop and enforce safety protocols for both staff and clients to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in creating and managing the logistics and facility management budget.
  • Control expenses related to maintenance, supplies, and utilities, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-saving measures.
  • Source and manage relationships with external contractors for repairs, upgrades, and renovations.
  • Monitor the performance of contractors and ensure they meet service agreements and timelines.


Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2  years of experience in logistics, facility management, or operations, preferably within the wellness, hospitality, or service industries.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
