Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the MD.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled multitasker with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing a wide range of tasks with confidentiality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Ensure timely and effective communication and follow-up on critical tasks.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project progress and deadlines.
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities management to ensure a productive work environment.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring that important matters are prioritized and addressed.
Assist with the organization and execution of special projects and company events.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and executive matters.
Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making and strategic planning. Provide summaries and recommendations as needed.
Act as a liaison between the MD and other stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees.
Facilitate effective communication and ensure the CEO is informed of relevant developments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. – Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
