Customer Service Representative

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
  • Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
  • Open new customer accounts
  • Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
  • Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
  • Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions


Requirements:

  • This position is preferably open to a female candidate 
  • Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a customer service officer
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
