Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Support financial management tasks, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer service.
- Provide exceptional support to management and staff as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Remuneration: NGN150,000 monthly
