Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support financial management tasks, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of client information and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer service.
  • Provide exceptional support to management and staff as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Remuneration: NGN150,000 monthly
