Job Position: Software Engineering Intern

Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of product enhancements from design through to deployment.
Collaborate with the development team to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Perform root cause analysis on application issues and develop solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software products.
Write high-quality code in C# and other languages as required.
Support the testing of new features and functionality to ensure they meet quality standards.
Work with containers and messaging services to ensure that our products are scalable and reliable.
Document product enhancements and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to ensure that product enhancements are innovative and effective.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and business needs.
Requirements
BSc in Computer Science or related field.
0-1 year of experience in software development or a related field.
Appreciable understanding of C#, .NET framework, SQL databases, knowledge of web-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Appreciable understanding of system design and architecture, including designing scalable and reliable systems.
Appreciable understanding of containerization, messaging services and other cloud services such as Docker, Azure Service Bus, Kafka and others.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Fintech/Financial Services industry and products will be a plus.
