We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Administrative Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Operational hours: Mon-Fri (8am – 5pm), Saturdays (8am – 2pm)
Job Responsibilities
Manage office supplies stock by adhering to minimum reorder levels.
Follow up with branches to ascertain their office needs.
Pay for FIRS, LIRS, PAYE, and pension.
Process vehicle and bike registrations and renewals.
Procure and activate CUG lines and phones.
Distribute office items across branches.
Properly record and file all official documents.
Approve and allocate CUG lines and laptops.
Process payments and renewals for CUG lines.
Manage the procurement and distribution of data, airtime, and PHCN tokens.
Ensure adherence to the approved budget.
Train and develop subordinates.
Conduct monthly stock counts of the admin store.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must be a graduate
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role
Reside close to Victoria Island.
Salary
N70,000 – N90,000 monthly.
