Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and tutors, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our services.
- Maintain and update client and tutor databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, tutoring schedules, and other firm activities.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and communication materials as needed.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ordering as necessary.
Requirements:
- A minimum of OND in a related field.
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in office software like MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
Location: Applicant must reside around Woji, Slaughter Odili axis.
