Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products or services, including digital marketing, content creation, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Manage and optimize online presence, including website content, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and other analytics platforms.
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and webinars to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including KPIs and ROI.
  • Analyze data to forecast sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and customer feedback. 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including digital marketing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas.

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – NGN125,000

Preferred candidate: Female
