Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all mold-related activities, including usage, maintenance, repairs, and inventory management.
• Monitor the performance of molds and ensure they are in optimal condition for extrusion.
• Manage and oversee maintenance activities for all machinery and equipment on the shop floor.
• Ensure that all machinery is operating efficiently and safely, conducting regular inspections and diagnostics.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machines and molds to minimize unexpected breakdowns and downtimes.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate repairs for any mold or machine issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts used.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure molds and machines meet production demands and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and materials needed for mold and machine maintenance.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on mold performance, machine maintenance, and any issues encountered.

Requirements:

• Minimum of technical degree in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor, or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of machine maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Remuneration: NGN 90,000.00 – NGN150,000.00
