Responsibilities:
- Promote various loan products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, and auto loans to potential customers through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and direct outreach.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, financial advisors, and other referral sources to generate leads.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives for loan volume and profitability.
- Understand the financial needs and goals of clients, provide relevant information, and offer loan solutions that meet their requirements.
- Assist clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and submitted accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to increase loan product visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and lending processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform marketing strategies.
