Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with offices located in Victoria Island, Lagos State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Adetokunbo Ademola, Victoria Island – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Perform brazing of copper pipes and insulation of ducts for efficient operation.
Conduct routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems, including refrigeration systems, split air conditioning units, VRV systems, and heating pumps.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects and handle repairs promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs, maintenance activities, and daily logs.
Assist customers by providing solutions to inquiries and technical issues regarding HVAC systems.
Follow safety guidelines, adhere to appliance standards, and comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (HSE).
Ensure adherence to service standards, work instructions, and meet customers’ requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communication, honesty, responsibility, collaboration and awareness is key in any task.

Qualifications & Requirements

Hold at least an HND/OND qualification in Electrical, Electronics, HVAC, or Mechanical Engineering.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, preferably 5-8 years.
Proficiency in working with various HVAC systems like air conditioners, refrigeration units, and heating pumps.
Strong skills in connecting pipes, brazing copper pipes, and insulating ducts effectively.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry advancements and new technologies in the HVAC field.

Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 monthly.
