Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

    and excellence.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to increase client
    retention.
  • Implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and product
    availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high
    satisfaction levels.
  • Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success
    of business initiatives.
  • Work on brand positioning and messaging to enhance the company’s image.
  • Develop partnerships with other brands and businesses to expand market
    reach.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, business development, or a
    similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
    environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using business management software and tools.
