Customer Service & Sales Representative

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions promptly.
  • Assist customers with product or service information, ensuring they are fully informed and satisfied.
  • Actively promote and sell products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle customer orders, including processing payments and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products or services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products, services, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  • Continuously update knowledge on new product offerings and industry trends.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns quickly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align on customer strategies and sales goals.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant teams to improve products, services, or processes.
  • Track and report on sales performance, customer trends, and service outcomes to management regularly.

Requirements:

  • B.sc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.

  • 1-2  years of experience in sales, preferably in a virtual sales role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.

  •  A strong interest in spa and wellness, and a desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals
