Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing company expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts and invoices of all company expenses.
- Report any record of discrepancies to the accountant.
- Assist in preparing expense reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team for necessary records and information confirmation.
- Manage financial aspects of procurement, including purchase orders, vendor payments, and cost tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and update the accounting system accordingly.
- Assist in preparing and processing payroll by verifying employee time records, deductions, and benefits, for timely payment of all employees.
- Perform other financial tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficiency in and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional certifications such as ICAN, CB, CPA or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 – NGN100,000
