Lead Spa Therapist/Supervisor

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise therapists and offer Spa services to clients.
  • Engage and attract potential customers to the spa.
  • Ensuring the level of customer service, quality of the offer, presentation of the Spa experience, changing areas, treatment rooms, and retail areas are maintained to the agreed standards
  • Ensure the appropriate placement of effective internal and external marketing of the Spa facilities.
  • Assist in developing each area of the operation in line with customer expectations/budgetary constraints and agreed offer development plans  
  • Organize all Spa employees, and resources needed to deliver the day-to-day running of the Spa and Spa events; including but not limited to the ordering of products and consumables.
  • Take responsibility for the front-of-house day-to-day operations of the Spa, reacting to changing customer demands in relation to academic and non-academic periods of the year  
  • Supervise and also implement the day-to-day operations of the Spa throughout the year working 5 days out of 7 including weekends and some bank holidays  
  • Liaise with customers to make sure their requirements are met at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly and proactively to guests’ needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of supervising a Commercial Spa 
  • Competent IT skill  
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of customer service achievements  
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, embracing a proactive approach to work issues 
  • An eye for detail and impeccably high standards  
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers, with a strong focus on their needs  
  • Personal integrity and confidentiality  
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts in line with the needs of the business

Location: Ikeja

Preferred gender: Female

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 120,000
