Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Onsite

 

Description 

We are looking to fill the role of Administrative Officer who will provide administrative support in the processing of travelling and hotel itineraries for both local and expatriate staff.

Responsibilities 

Making reservations and bookings of both local and international flights
Arranging new protocols for logistics/Hotel and airport
Keeping and updating a master traveling file (international and local)
Handling admin-related documentation
Handling email correspondences

Key Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the above job description in a reputable organization
BSc / HND in Business Administration, Economics or any other related discipline.
Good record-keeping/document-filling skills
Must be ready to resume immediately.
Professional certification in NIM or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Must be tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, Exchange
