Job Summary / Role description
He/she is fully responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of the maintenance activities pertaining to the relevant discipline.
Duties and Responsibilities
Handover the documentation prepared relevant to all the HVAC technical disciplines, in accordance to the Project contractual requirements, the budget assigned and the schedule.
Prepare and discuss with the Project Team the execution strategy of the project (including the project schedule) and assure its application throughout the entire project life.
Guarantee the coordination with the other Project Leaders on the projects.
Interact with Client representatives and Vendors for all the technical topics impacting on the project both in time and costs.
Plan, execute and monitor the Maintenance activities pertaining to HVAC, managing any subcontractor involved.
Qualification and Experience
Candidates should possess a University Degree
Experiences in Refinery operation
Plant for the gas treatment
Special Requirements and Comments:
Attention to detail, management skills.
