Community Service Responsibility (CSR) Manager

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of CSR strategies that align with Volta’s mission to give back through education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.
  • Identify and manage partnerships with non-profits, NGOs, and community organizations that resonate with Volta’s core values.
  • Develop campaigns and projects that utilize proceeds from product sales to fund initiatives that provide essential resources to underserved communities.
  • Plan and coordinate charitable events, both locally and globally, that enhance Volta’s community presence and strengthen our social impact.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of CSR initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create content that highlights Volta’s charitable contributions and promotes community engagement.
  • Stay informed on trends in corporate social responsibility and philanthropy to continually improve Volta’s impact and outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CSR management, non-profit work, or community engagement roles.
  • Passion for social impact, philanthropy, and sustainability, with a strong sense of empathy and community-focused mindset.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring impact, with experience analyzing outcomes and reporting on CSR performance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in CSR, sustainability, and philanthropy.
  • Proactive, compassionate, and results-oriented.
