Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair services for office equipment and facilities.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., administrative professional certification) are a plus.
