Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair services for office equipment and facilities.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., administrative professional certification) are a plus.
